Yes! Your plan can be designed around your space and equipment — whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just your bodyweight.
We’ll take it into account from day one. Your plan will be adapted to support recovery, avoid aggravating movements, and help you build strength safely around your limitations.
You’ll get regular check-ins, plus unlimited messaging through the app. I typically respond within 24–48 hours to answer questions, give feedback, or adjust your plan as needed.
No worries — life happens. We’ll simply adjust your plan and pick back up without guilt or pressure. Progress isn’t lost; it’s just paused.
