My story
I didn’t get into health coaching because I loved the gym or had it all figured out from day one. I got into it because I saw how many people—myself included—were stuck in cycles of all-or-nothing fitness. Intense routines followed by burnout. Diets that worked for a few weeks, then backfired. I watched friends, clients, and even myself chase short-term goals—thinking that hitting a number on the scale or getting six-pack abs would finally unlock lasting confidence or health. It never did.
What actually changed things for me was realizing that true health isn’t about intensity—it’s about consistency. It’s about building a foundation you can live with, not escape from. Once I started learning the science behind behavior change, functional nutrition, and strength training, I began to see health not as a finish line, but as a lifelong practice. That’s the lens I bring to every client I work with: no quick fixes, no shame-based coaching—just sustainable progress built around your real life. Because your health should support your life, not take it over.

Hey there, I’m Eric.
Most fitness programs promise quick results—flat abs, 30-day transformations, or rapid weight loss—but those approaches often rely on short bursts of willpower and unsustainable routines. My coaching philosophy is the opposite. I don’t focus on fast fitness fads; I focus on building a foundation that lasts. As a certified personal trainer and functional health coach, I blend strength and conditioning with functional nutrition and behavior change psychology to create a truly personalized, sustainable health practice for each client.
Lead with care
Coaching is built on trust, empathy, and meeting you with zero judgment.
Focus on what lasts
We build sustainable habits — not quick fixes — that support you long term.
Adapt to real life
Plans shift with your schedule, energy, and needs — not the other way around.
I used to bounce between diets and workouts that never stuck. This is the first time it actually feels doable — and like it's made for me.
