  • Not at all! This coaching is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to seasoned runners. Whether you're training for your first 5K or just want to get back into a routine, your plan will start right where you are and progress at your pace.

  • Yes — you’ll receive a fully customized plan based on your running goals, schedule, and current fitness level. It’s not a one-size-fits-all template — it’s built specifically for you and updated as you go.

  • Definitely! Whether you're preparing for your first race or aiming for a new personal best, I’ll guide you through every stage — from building a base to tapering and race-day prep.

  • No worries — life happens. If you miss a workout (or a few), we’ll simply adjust your plan to reflect where you are now. There’s no guilt or pressure — just flexibility and support to keep moving forward.

  • You’ll be able to message me directly through the app anytime. I typically respond within 24–48 hours with guidance, feedback, or adjustments to your plan, depending on what you need.

  • No special gear or gym required! As long as you have a good pair of running shoes, we can build your program around whatever space or equipment you have access to.
